How to associate a Pass in an account

If you have received a pass as a gift you will need to manually associate the pass to your Account. Please ensure that the person who purchased the pass has first disassociated it from their Account.

Select ‘My Account’ to log in. Enter your Pass serial number under ‘Your Passes’. Select ‘Add’. Your pass in now attached to your account.

When logged into your Account, your pass serial number will appear on each session page when booking tickets to eligible events.

You will also be able to easily view your booked sessions in a list in 'My Account', under the section 'Your Passes'.
